Reading glasses and varifocals for private use are often unsuitable or inadequate for the viewing distance to the monitor. This can result in headaches, visual disturbances and back pain. Inadequate vision impairs your concentration and reduces your performance. This doesn’t have to be the case. Blue light filters protect your eyes.
Another function of workplace glasses: with an optional blue light filter in the lens, they protect your eyes from harmful blue light. Among other things, this is emitted by computer screens and can damage the eyes through inflammation and irritation. If you spend several hours a day looking at a screen, we therefore recommend integrating a blue light filter.
The special lenses filter out harmful blue light, improve contrast, reduce glare and support the natural perception of color. They help to relieve tired and burning eyes and prevent overexertion. This allows you to work longer and with more concentration at the computer.
