We celebrate many years of togetherness

Behind a successful company are committed employees. Long-term cooperation in particular contributes to loyalty and representation of the company’s values. As a family business, Binder Optik values this loyalty. For this reason, the tradition of holding annual anniversary celebrations in honor of long-serving employees is maintained. In October and November, the time had come: at two celebrations this year, a total of 15 jubilarians were honored for their ten to 30 years of service.

Good atmosphere at a family celebration

To return the favor for years of loyalty, the Baur family hosted a traditional lunch together at the “Landhaus Feckl” Michelin-starred restaurant in Ehningen. Over pumpkin soup, redfish fillet and wild mushroom tortellini, they looked back on the past years and shared experiences and events. The event was also used as an opportunity to talk about personal topics outside of business in an informal atmosphere.

After the meal, the jubilarians were honored. The management was particularly grateful for their continued loyalty, outstanding performance, trust and loyalty to the company. In addition to a certificate of honor, the employees were also presented with a small gold bar – because they are literally worth their weight in gold for Binder Optik. The jubilarians also received a bouquet of flowers and the jubilarians a bottle of champagne.
