Binder Optik is the industry winner of the 3rd Waiblingen Customer Review

The 3rd Waiblingen Customer Survey brought clarity to the often opaque buyer-seller behavior. In June 2014, Waiblingen customers were surveyed by the Deggendorf-based market research institute MF Consulting. Friendliness, quality of advice and the price-performance ratio perceived by the customer were closely scrutinized.

Binder Optik achieved 1st place overall for customer satisfaction in the most important assessment criteria out of 8 opticians surveyed.

The family business Binder Optik received the highest average satisfaction rate. The percentage achieved was 87.8%.
