Binder Optik celebrates employee anniversaries

As a family business, our employees are particularly important to us. It is therefore all the more pleasing that we were once again able to record numerous anniversaries in 2020 and 2021: Around 40 employees celebrated a whole 10, 20, 25 or even 30 years of belonging to the “Binder family” in the two years.

Traditionally, the Baur family invites those celebrating anniversaries to a luncheon at the Michelin-starred restaurant “Landhaus Feckl” in Ehningen. As this was not possible last year due to the current restrictions, the employee anniversaries from 2020 and 2021 were celebrated together at seven events in October and November of this year.

“Our employees are worth their weight in gold – especially the long-standing ones who have internalized the Binder spirit and embody Binder Optik with heart and soul,” emphasized Managing Director Dominic Baur to the jubilarians. “Every day, you ensure the enthusiasm and outstanding quality of advice in our specialist stores, for which Binder Optik regularly receives awards. You have played a key role in these awards and successes.”
