Binder Optik: 1st place in customer satisfaction
In all three categories surveyed, Binder Optik took first place in its sector.
Dr. Helmut Baur, Managing Partner of Binder Optik: “This result is confirmation for our team that we have achieved a recognized top level of service quality through our intensive employee training. For the consumer, this means a high level of security when choosing the optician they trust.”
The family business Binder Optik received the highest average satisfaction rate. The percentage achieved was 88.6%.

Almost 1,000 consumers took part in the survey. The sampling plan corresponds to Heilbronn’s population structure and was carried out according to scientifically recognized principles.
