German Service Award for Binder Optik
Service in Germany is better than its reputation: this is confirmed by the annual evaluation of 69 studies and customer surveys conducted by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ). The winner of the award is Binder Optik.
The “German Service Award”, which was presented by n-tv and the German Institute for Service Quality for the 10th time this year, focuses on companies that set standards in terms of service and distinguish themselves primarily through on-site advice and direct customer contact. As part of consumer surveys, a total of 1,450 companies from various sectors were examined on the basis of over 12,000 undercover test contacts and around 100,000 customer opinions. The award was presented in 22 categories. The award ceremony took place at the Bertelsmann representative office in Berlin.
