Support and protection.
The suitable eyewear models and lenses differ depending on the type of sport. For example, glasses with curved shapes are suitable for many outdoor sports. They also protect the eye from the side against UV radiation and glare, wind, dirt and rain.
The lenses also have a supporting function: in golf glasses, for example, a slight yellow or orange tint enhances the color contrast and depth of field. This makes it easier to see the contours of the green turf and the golf ball stands out more clearly.
If you do your favorite sport outdoors, a high level of UV protection is also necessary. Especially in the mountains and on the water, the sun’s rays are particularly intense and therefore UV exposure is extremely high. That’s why our sports glasses have reliable UV filters.
