Self-tinting (photochromic) lenses
Self-tinting lenses contain certain molecules that react to UV radiation. They automatically darken in sunlight and clear up again indoors. At the same time, they offer optimum protection against harmful UV rays, to which your eyes are particularly exposed in summer.

The self-tinting effect makes it unnecessary to change your glasses when the sun shines. Photochromic lenses are particularly suitable, for example, if you like to spend your lunch break outside in good weather or frequently move back and forth between indoors and outdoors.
