Double winner at the 5th Heilbronn Customer Review

With 89.6 percent, the two Heilbronn-based specialist stores achieved the highest level of customer satisfaction.
In the representative survey conducted by the Deggendorf-based market research institute MF Consulting, Heilbronn residents rated the friendliness, quality of advice and perceived value for money of eight opticians. After 2013, this is the second award for Binder Optik in the Heilbronn Customer Review.
“We are delighted that customers have voted us the best optician in the city. We are very grateful for this,” says Katja Speckmaier, branch manager of the Binder Optik specialist store in Sülmer Straße. “Such a positive rating naturally makes us proud, but should also continue to be an incentive for us to offer our customers the friendliest and most competent advice, a diverse selection of glasses at attractive prices.”
