Für Augenoptiker-Gesellen: Weiterbildung zum Augenoptiker-Meister
As a journeyman optician, you choose and complete the right master optician course for you and complete it with the master optician examination. We will support you financially with our master craftsman grant.
You will then put your newly acquired knowledge and skills into practice as an employed master optician in one of our specialist stores. We will then support your further development with new tasks and interesting activities up to and including taking over a branch management position.
Für Augenoptiker-Meister: Weiterbildung zum Hörakustiker-Meister
Are you also interested in the field of hearing acoustics? As a master optician, you have the opportunity to expand your area of responsibility and provide your customers with even more comprehensive support by training to become a master hearing aid technician. We will support you financially with our master craftsman grant.

Seminare und Schulungen.
The range of training courses includes product training for lenses and frames, sales training for all sales staff and specialist training in the areas of refraction and contact lenses.
The Academy offers leadership seminars for all those who want to develop their leadership skills or practise leadership topics.
