Binder Optik welcomes 14 new trainees

In times of a shortage of skilled workers in the optical industry, Binder Optik is focusing more than ever on training. “The qualified training of young people is very important to us. Due to the steady growth of our company, we will continue to have a high demand for highly trained specialists in the coming years,” explains Dominic Baur.
In addition to training in the dual system by master opticians in the specialist stores and regular attendance at vocational school, trainees receive further training several times a year at our own Binder Academy. Here, important areas such as talking to customers, sales and product knowledge are deepened. Numerous state winners among the trainees from Binder Optik confirm this concept.
