Highest customer satisfaction in all three categories surveyed and thus the industry winner – that is the outstanding result of the Binder Optik specialist store in Nürtingen in the 5th Nürtingen Customer Review.

The survey examined customer satisfaction in terms of friendliness, quality of advice and value for money at nine opticians in Nürtingen. Binder Optik scored best in all three categories, taking the top spot.
