Binder Optik Industry winner of the Sindelfingen Customer Review 2012

The Sindelfingen customer survey was carried out by the renowned Institute for Marketing and Market Research. Almost 1000 consumers were surveyed in Sindelfingen city center, the Stern-Center and Breuningerland. A good 500 of them had visited one or more opticians in the last twelve months. They were assessed in the categories of friendliness, quality of advice and value for money. Binder Optik achieved the highest level of satisfaction in all performance characteristics with an average of over 90 percent.

Dr. Helmut Baur emphasizes that such successes can only be achieved by constantly training employees in all important categories so that they are always looking for the best solutions for customers.
