Binder Optik industry winner in the Rastatt customer survey for the third time in a row!

The 3rd Rastatt customer survey brought clarity to the often opaque buyer-seller behavior. In April 2014, Rastatt customers were surveyed by the Deggendorf-based market research institute MF Consulting. Friendliness, quality of advice and the price-performance ratio perceived by the customer were closely scrutinized.

Binder Optik was able to achieve 1st place overall in customer satisfaction in the most important assessment criteria of 6 opticians surveyed.
Dominic Baur, Managing Director Sales at Binder Optik: “This result is confirmation for our team that we have achieved a recognized top level in service quality through our intensive employee training. For consumers, this means a high level of security when choosing an optician they can trust.”

The family business Binder Optik received the highest average satisfaction rating. The percentage achieved was 90%.
