Binder Optik First in customer satisfaction
Dr. Helmut Baur Binder Optik: “This result is confirmation for our team that we have achieved a recognized top level of service quality through our intensive employee training. For the consumer, this means a high level of security when choosing the optician they trust.”
This rating is the result of the third Ludwigsburg Customer Review. The project was carried out by MF Consulting in Hamburg, a recognized institute for marketing and market research. Twelve opticians in Ludwigsburg city center were examined. The categories tested were friendliness, quality of advice and value for money.

Dr. Baur: “Part of our company’s strategy is not to rest on our laurels, but to constantly develop further. Our customers benefit from the fact that the optical market is one of the toughest economic sectors in Germany.
