Five years at the top: Binder Optik once again honored for “Highest Customer Satisfaction”.
Five stars for Binder Optik: For the fifth time in a row, our company has been awarded the “Highest Customer Satisfaction” rating. A special recognition that shows how much our customers appreciate our service, advice and quality. But what exactly does customer satisfaction mean? Satisfaction describes a stable feeling of well-being that arises when expectations are met or even exceeded. Unlike short-term happiness, it is a state that lasts and is therefore a key measure of sustainable corporate success.
The renowned analysis company ServiceValue conducted the “Customer Satisfaction 2025 ” study in collaboration with Deutschland Test. The aim was to find out to what extent companies meet the expectations of their customers. A total of 316,177 consumer assessments of 17,637 companies from 96 sectors were included in the study.

Only those people who had actually been customers of the company in the past year were eligible to vote. The result: the top award for “Highest Customer Satisfaction” goes to Binder Optik again in 2025.
For the fifth year in a row, Binder Optik has taken the top spot in the industry ranking. But that’s not all. Because we have received the top rating “Highest” three times in the past five years, we can also call ourselves the “5-year anniversary winner”. We are naturally extremely pleased about this.
Does this mean that we can now sit back and relax? Certainly not. This award is not only confirmation for us, but also an obligation. Binder Optik Managing Director Dominic Baur comments: “This award is a great honor for us and at the same time an incentive to continue to give our best for our customers day after day. So that they can continue to say in the future: “I’m with the best. Bin bei Binder.”
