customers with orientation in the brand jungle and has

Of course, individual needs and requirements play a decisive role in the selection of a product or service. Additional information via the internet and
social media platforms sharpens the image of a brand, which makes decision-making much easier. Against this backdrop, the study “Germany’s Best 2025” analyzed and evaluated the data from a social media monitoring study. Cross-thematic customer opinions from numerous sources such as websites, social media channels and press releases were examined and bundled.
This makes it crystal clear which companies and brands in Germany
are ahead of the pack.

The study was initiated by the Institute for Management and Economic Research on behalf of Deutschland Test. A total of around
70 million mentions of 17,600 companies and brands were identified and assigned. The prestigious award is ultimately presented on the basis of the number of points achieved in the overall ranking. The industry winner receives the top score of 100 points, setting the benchmark for
. Binder Optik achieved the top score and is therefore in first place on the winners’ podium.
