Binder Optik donates 4,000 euros to the Olgäle Foundation

Senior Director Dr. Helmut Baur and Managing Director Dominic Baur presented the cheque to Dr. Stefanie Schuster, President of the Olgäle Foundation, at the Olgahospital in Stuttgart. The Olga Hospital – affectionately known as “Olgäle” by the people of Stuttgart – is one of the largest and most traditional hospitals for children and young people in Germany.

A tombola was held for the 400 employees as part of the company’s 40th birthday celebrations at Binder Optik, the proceeds of which were generously topped up to 4,000 euros by the management. “We chose the Olgäle Foundation as the recipient of the donation because it helps children and young people in difficult situations. Children are our future. We hope that our donation will help to improve the lives of young patients,” explains Dominic Baur.
