In a comparative test carried out by the German Institute for Service Quality on behalf of n-tv among the ten largest opticians in Germany, Binder Optik-Böblingen emerged as the clear winner: eight times 1st place out of a total of eight ratings! The employees impressed above all with their advisory skills and customer friendliness. Senior boss Dr. Helmut Baur has been a member of the BVMW for 20 years and is active on the board.
