Our outstanding performance has once again been confirmed by several independent surveys: This year, for example, Binder Optik receives the awards “Exemplary fulfillment of customer wishes“, “Fairest company” and “Germany’s best“.

Focus Money and Deutschland Test have now also confirmed that the needs and wishes of our customers always come first: Binder Optik receives the award for “exemplary fulfillment of customer wishes“.

Once again one of the best and fairest

Furthermore, according to an online study commissioned by Focus Money and Deutschland Test, Binder Optik is one of “Germany’s best” opticians. After 2018, 2019 and 2020, this is the fourth timethat Binder Optik has joined the ranks of the best.

In addition to excellent quality advice, Binder customers receive top value for money in line with the motto “big brands – small prices”. This is also reflected in the results of another study: according to a representative online survey conducted by ServiceValue GmbH in cooperation with Deutschland Test, an above-average number of Binder customers feel that they are “treated fairly or provided with fair care”. This is the second time since 2020 that Binder Optik has received the “Fairest Company” award.
