480 years of experience are worth their weight in gold

Together, they have over 480 years of professional experience as opticians. Dr. Baur continues: “Together, we not only develop goals in our specialist stores, but also celebrate successes.”

The award ceremony took place during a joint lunch in the Ehningen Michelin-starred restaurant “Landhaus Feckl”. It was complemented by the presentation of certificates, flowers, sparkling wine and gold bars. During the meal, many different experiences that had been shared over the past few years were exchanged. Dominic Baur, Managing Director of Binder Optik: “The challenges facing employees and the demands of customers are increasing. Customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction are our top priorities. We pay particular attention to them.”

A recent customer survey carried out by DISQ (Deutsches Institut für Service-Qualität GmbH & Co. KG) shows that these words are put into practice, with Binder Optik being awarded the quality rating “very good” four times. Besides Binder Optik, only two other opticians in the whole of Germany received this award.
