14 trainees start at Binder Optik

At the start of training in September 2021, Binder Optik welcomes 14 new trainees – 13 of them prospective opticians and one office management assistant.

On September 1, the optician trainees are welcomed by their trainer and master optician in their respective specialist store. They start a practical phase straight away. Over the next three years, the trainee office management assistant in the administration department in Böblingen will work in various departments, including merchandise management, marketing and internal sales.

The trainees can get to know each other on September 30 at a joint welcome event at the administration office in Böblingen. In addition to their new colleagues, the 14 newcomers will also get to know the company Binder Optik better on this day: The program includes an introduction to the ophthalmic optics industry and training on the internal processes at Binder Optik.
